Poori as we all know is a deep fried flat bread eaten all over as a favorite food item.Normally made as breakfast this tasty poori can be made for dinner as well.I make it as a tiffin also and my daughter relishes it with vegetable kurma or potato masala. It is always good to see children finish up their food in a matter of seconds and if that happens, you know they sure are tasty. But for many this might sound a little odd as they may think what is there to explain in the poori making? To make puffed pooris is a great task and you will get it by practice. It was also a bit playful for my daughter to put her fingers on the hot puffed pooris and make a hole in betweeen and then eating it when she was a kid.But for many beginners this will be useful and here comes the basic poori recipe..
