Broccoli is a cousin of cauliflower which has absolute no taste of its own and so kids hate it.But broccoli has innumerable health benefits and is an excellent source of Vitamin C.It reduces the obesity and decreases the risk of heart disease and has been associated with lowering the rates of colon cancer. So wheever I get a chance,I buy this flower and try to icorporate in the meal.As I was searching for some fancy recipe to attract kiddos and also wanted to make a simple dish I stumbled upon this recipe. It is very easy and the ingredients are very few and which can be made well under 15 minutes. My daughter loved the colour, texture and ofcourse the taste. The Joys of feeding
