DSC04104   Soya chunks  is one of the  items which my daughter would go simply crazy about. As a mother i take good care of the protein intakes and this one needless to say is power packed with it.The other day as we were discussing about what to pack for lunch, dhivya told me about the curry they serve in their college canteen for rotis .It was soya chunks curry. It sounded simple and wasting no time made it for her that day.You can buy any brand of soya chunks available in the market.I have used nutrella here.Loaded with minerals also these are filling and withstand hunger for people who postpone eating while working.Try out this very simple curry and win the hearts of all.
