So when yesterday I made kuzhi paniyarams,I couldn’t resist myself in making this tasty chutney.Usually red chillies are on a higher side in this chutney but you can adjust it to your taste buds.Onions and tomatoes well blended with tamarind and red chilles are perfect as a best combo for dosas and idlis.Do try it and let me know..

HOW TO MAKE
- Soak tamarind and red chillies in hot water seperately for half an hour.Chop onions and tomatoes and fry them in a pan seperately.
- Transfer onion tomato mix in to a blender.Add red chillies, tamarind and salt.Grind it to a smooth paste. In a pan add oil and add mustard and urad dal to temper.Add the ground paste and fry it oil leaves the sides.

Notes
- You can decrease the red chillies if you want the chutney to be less spicier.
- Keep the consistency medium,as thicker chutney will turn out as a thokku.
