Who doesn’t like sandwiches! And I’am no exception.I wanted to make this for a long time but couldn’t do so and Dhivya’s constant nagging to make something different made me try this. This sandwich is made out of the soya chunks curry i make for rotis but with a slight twist. It tastes yum to pack for lunch or for kids parties and outings or picnics as well.It is really healthy with all the goodness of proteins and is filling too and can withstand hunger for long time.Believe me your kids will like it to the core. You can try this with leftover soya chunks curry or make a fresh curry as well.Let’s see how it is made. Please see the recipe for soya chunks curry here.
