DSC05000 I wanted to post palak paneer for a long time and when i did make it and clicked it as well didn’t have a chance to do it as Diwali came and was busy with posting sweets and savouries as well.Palak paneer is a great and healthy option to feed kids who don’t like greens and to compliment it with fluffy rotis is  a real filling dish.It is easy to prepare and i made this for my daugter’s lunch. The perfect palak paneer should have a green colour but still no raw smell.See the recipe below and try this yummy recipe. This traditional North Indian side dish of spinach and cottage cheese will be a tasty potion to your regular rotis.

Notes

  • The smooth texture of palak is the most important thing here.Be sure to boil it well but at the same time don’t over do it,you may not get the green colour then.
  • You could add a pod of garlic while frying onions,in that case you can add red chilli powder instead of kitchen king masala.
  • Use fresh spinach leaves for tasty recipe.
