All kids love chinese food and dhivya is no exception.I have seen her go crazy about chinese food and she loves this flavourful schezwan fried rice.We ordered once this at a hotel and it was a bit spicy,so when she asked me to make this for her college lunch box,I thought of making schezwan sauce first and made this rice with it.I kept the spice level low, since I didn’t want to make it look like the hotel style.Making schezwan sauce was very good and I stored it in a large bottle in fridge.I served it with schezwan baby potato, one of my earlier posts. The bowl too complimented well as it has some chinese inscriptions. Now over to the recipe..
