INGREDIENTS
| Paneer Cubes | 1 cup |
| Maida | 2 tsp |
| Corn Flour | 2tsp |
| Onion | 1 |
| Capsicum | 1 |
| Spring Onion | a few |
| Garlic | 2 cloves |
| Ginger | 1/2 inch bit |
| Red Chilli powder | 1/2 tsp+1 tsp |
| Baking Soda | 1/4 tsp |
| Oil | 1 tsp+for deep frying |
| Black Pepper Powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Salt | to taste |
| Soya Sauce | 1/2 tsp |
HOW TO MAKE
- Cut paneer cubes .In a bowl add maida,corn flour,salt,baking soda and red chilly powder.
- Add water and make a thich batter.Add paneer cubes and coat well.
- Heat oil in a pan and add coated paneer cubes in the hot oil.Take out once golden brown.
- In a pan add crushed garlic,grated gingerand then chopped onion.Add red chilli powder,black pepper powder,salt and saute.Add now chopped capsicum.
- Once they are fried a bit add paneercubes which have already been fried.
- Add soya sauce and toss well.
- Garnish with spring onions.Tasty Chilli Paneer Dry is ready.Enjoy it as starter or as a snack.
Notes
- Fry paneer cubes golden brown and crisp.
- You can add ginger-garlic paste too in place of whole garlic and ginger.
- You can add ginger-garlic paste to the batter also.
- Fry paneer cubes in small batches,otherwise they will stick with one another.
