CAULIFLOWER PEAS STIR FRY

DSC01652

This stir fries always are those curry recipes which can be made when you are in a hurry and out of time.I learnt it from my friend long back but somehow didn't make it.It can be made well within 10 minutes. This can be served with rotis also but we had it with rice and rasam. It really tasted good with mild spices and even more good when served hot.Stir fries can be made with many veggies but since i had one big cauliflower in hand i made this. You can alternatively make stir fry with cabbage, cluster beans, long beans, carrot etc.I have added peas for extra taste,if you don't have them skip it.Now over to the recipe.
