| Nylon Sev | 1/4 cup |
| Roasted Peanuts | 3 tsp(optional) |
| Papdi | 8 |
| Green Chutney | 1 tsp |
| Sweet Chutney | 1 tsp |
| Boiled and Cubed Potatoes | 1/2 |
| Red Chilli Powder | 1/4 tsp |
| Chaat Masala Powder | 1/4 tsp |
| Salt | to taste |
| Roasted Cumin Powder | 1/4 tsp |
| Onion | 1 |
| Tomato | 1 |
| Coriander Leaves | for garnishing |
| Lemon Juice | 1/2 |
HOW TO MAKE
- Dry roast in a pan the puffed rice for 5 minutes on a low flame to ensure crispiness is maintained.Take two chutneys,boiled and cubed potato,chopped onion and tomato,sev and puffed rice.
- In a bowl and two chutneys,red chilli powder,roasted cumin powder and chaat masala powder.Add chopped tomato and onion and also add lemon juice.
- Add boiled potato and puffed rice.Add sev on top.
- Add roasted peanuts if you want at this stage and crushed papdis.
- Tangy Bhel Puri is ready.Enjoy with a hot cup of masala chai.
Notes
- You ca add finely chopped raw mango and or pomegranate seeds alongwith tomato and onion.
- You can add sprouts too for a healthy version of bhel.
- Add black salt if you want it more tangy.
