INGREDIENTS

| Onion | 2 |
| Tomato | 2 |
| Butter | 2 tsp |
| Red Chilli Powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Turmeric Powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Milk | 1/2 cup |
| Eastern Paneer Butter Masala Powder | 1 tsp |
| Jeera/Cumin | 1/2 tsp |
| Garlic | 2 pods |
| Kasoori Methi | 1/2 tsp |
| Oil | 2 tsp |
| Salt | to taste |
HOW TO MAKE
- Take a kadai and add butter to melt.Add crushed garlic pods.Add sliced onions and wait till it turns pink.
- Chop tomato and puree it in a blender.
- Take paneer cubes and shallow fry them in a pan by adding a little oil.
- Alongwith cashewnuts grind sauteed onions.In a pan add oil and temper with cumin.
- Add onion-cashew paste.Add red chilly powder and turmeric powder.
- Mix well till raw smell goes away.In a cup add milk and add Eastern Paneer Butter Masala Powder.
- Add milk and masala mixture to the above prepared gravy.Let it cook till the mixture thickens.
- Add tomato puree and cook for a while.
- Add now crushed kasoori methi followed by paneer cubes.
- Cook for 5 more minutes till paneer absorbs gravy and becomes soft.
- Paneer Butter Masala is ready to be served.
Notes
- You can add fresh cream in place of milk.
- You can add store bought tomato puree.
- You can also add cubed deseeded capsicum alongwith paneer cubes.
