Pani Puri is a chaat which is tasty tangy and sweet to owing to the different chutneys and the water used in it.Iam very fond of Pani Puri and love to eat whenever we go out to eat.In North specially in Delhi where I grew up it is called Golgappa. Usually for making chaats at home, you need a lot of patience ad it is time consuming too as it requires assembling of lots of items. But with proper planning you can make the things in advance and enjoy with your family. In my earlier days of cooking too I had tried this recipe trying to recreate the same as I have had eating out.But with passing time I developed an easy method and started reading a few cookery books and later browsed a few sites which gave me an idea to improvise. The making of chaats and eating them is truly a enchanting affair,I end up eating as and when I make it
