DAHI PURI/CHAAT RECIPES

DSC04862

It was a long time that I posted some chaat recipe. As Dhivya is fond of chaats I make these once in a fortnight. As it was a week before I made this and it was due in my list to post.Dahi based chaats are always refreshing and filling too and specially when you have friends coming over, this turns out to be a hit.As a part of New Year Celebrations last week,my daughter invited her friends over and this was one among the menu.I always keep the initial preparations done before and when that is done, rest is just a breeze.I have a few chaat recipes in my blog, but this is the first one which is cold chaat, meaning the one with curd.As chaats are loved by all,iam afraid this will be liked by everyone and do give it a try and let me know..
